THOUGHTS...
It's summer!!!
Summer has been around for a few months now.
Pause...
visiting teachers are here.
...
Okay you know it's a sad day,
when you have lived in Orem your whole life and you can't find the post office.
Half an hour later....
no luck.
Work...
I spend a lot of time at work,
tagging,
folding,
cleaning,
hanging,
laughing, smiling, loving.
Finally finished writing in my journal,
Jerusalem, check
San Diego, check.
I love how the door matt outside my house says JOY,
ya Christmas was a while ago
just a little lazy.
Right now it's 89 degrees in my house
it's only 87 degrees outside.
I wonder if my fingernail polish really does change colors in the sun,
....
ok ya it does.
Now Dallan just warmed up some fish,
smelling up the house,
yes.....
gross!
Just talked to Jenny for about an hour,
I want to go to Seattle now,
miss her like crazy!!
Kind of hungry
....
satisfied!
Oh sprinklers...
I want to jump though them!
Wow it's really hot in my house!
Melting,
I just might.
(it's 10 degrees cooler down stairs)
Wipeout
?!?!?!?
wait, that's on tomorrow.
I promise I am not just bored and writing about my day.
La la la la...
Okay so maybe I am.
24 hours to go!
midnight snack tomorrow,
Eclipse!

Cooking Time!
I love Mom's banana bread! So today as I looked at our brown bananas (that we never eat) and thought... Why not! So I measured, mixed, mashed and waited all while wearing Mom's flirty apron (hehe)! I must say I am very proud, they may not look as nice as Mom's but they taste delicious!

A home away from home!
Jerusalem was so much fun. There are no words to describe how much I loved it. It quickly became a home away from home to me. If I had the chance to go back tomorrow I would go. I miss waking up every morning and looking out from my parents back porch on to the city, the call to prayer that plays 5 times a day, walking to the old city and well everywhere, the sooo good freshly squeezed orange juice, I miss the Jerusalem Center-my parents cute little apartment, shopping with my mom at the dirty little 24 hour store, getting popsicle everyday after a long walk in the heat, exploring all of Jerusalem (there is still so much I did not get to see), I miss the simplicity of it all-the simple life, and I miss my family and just hanging with them. It was such an amazing experience for me and I will never forget it. Memories that will stay with me forever. Like I said there are no words to describe how much I loved it, but maybe a little slide show can help. Like they say a picture is worth a thousand words.
Jerusalem if I forget you! Maybe someday I will get the chance to go back!

The past little bit...
I seem to have the worst luck with electronics. My laptop dies this weekend taking everything with it. I lost all my pictures, all my music, and all my homework assignments I have been working on for weeks. I am taking all my finals early too so I have to turn things in early, so now I have to restart papers for english and history. Its been a rough week but nothing I can handle. I am just hoping that we will be able to get everything off my hard drive, so cross your fingers for me!

About 2 weeks ago some friends and I went to the color fest. I have been looking forward to this since I went to the llama fest last year, and now I am looking forward to llama fest this year. Color fest was awesome. Defiantly a high light of my year. We were standing in the middle of the field in a group of hundreds of people. When we started throwing the chalk you could not see anything. It was like this dark pink cloud of chalk engulfed everyone, way cool. I Defiantly will be returning to this event next year!

EASTER SUNDAY!!! What a great day. The morning of Easter Sunday I woke up excited to look for my Easter basket only to remember there was not going to be one, the Easter bunny seemed to be taking a break this year, but I got a greater treat anyways, General Conference. I spend the Sunday sessions at the Dennis' house, it was fun. I have so many good memories with Mauri. After that I went down to Jami and Jon's place where we had an Easter meal and hang out with Jon's family. I even got to find an Easter egg!

About time right...

Of all the years my sister has asked me about boys, and all the years my brothers told me to never have a boyfriend, and for all the years my Mom thought I never liked boys, and waited for that moment when I would start talking about them on the way to school, well all those years finally led up to this. I now finally have a boyfriend. Ya I know its about time right. haha.
